Eli Poulsen is from Gastonia, North Carolina. He is a senior at Appalachian State University, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in industrial design with a concentration in product design and a minor in Sustainable Technology. Eli is present in campus activities as the President of the App State chapter of IDSA and the Lead Designer for Team Sunergy. While continuing his education, he works at Alamance Foods Inc. as a Manufacturing Engineer Intern.
